Procedure and Instructions

1. As of August 16, 2003 all LCCs will be taken through the Tennessee State DeMolay Association.

2. Courses and a blank answer sheet are available for all courses on http://www.tndemolay.org/ in PDF format. If a participant does not have access to a computer, the course be given by mail from T.S.D.A. Contact Phil Parker at (615)-838-4944 for a copy.

3. When the course is completed, the form should be delivered to Phil Parker whose address is at the bottom of this page. Four dollars MUST accompany the test or it cannot be graded. Checks should be made out to Tennessee State DeMolay Association.

4. Once graded, a letter will be sent to the participant either advising them of their pass or fail of that particular course. If the course is failed, if can be taken again at an additional charge of four dollars.

5. After the fifth course, a lamp of knowledge pin can be purchased by the participant for three dollars from 1-800-DEMOLAY or online at http://www.demolaystore.com/

6. Forms should be completed in pencil or dark ink. If a form is not readable, it must be resubmitted to be graded.

7.The only materials that are needed are the Leader's Resource Guide and Hi Dad! These can be purchased through DeMolay International at 1-800-demolay or online at http://www.demolaystore.com/.
