Current State Master Councilor's Philanthropy Project: Shriners Hospitals for Children
I chose this Charity Project because I want these children to know that they all have the power inside to change the world and make a difference, not only in their lives but the lives of everyone around them. Each chapter is encouraged to have at least one fundraiser in support of the Shrine Hospital. Each participating chapter will be recognized at Conclave next year.
Tennessee State DeMolay Association was chartered in 1949. Events are held all across the state throughout the year. The jurisdiction of Tennessee is governed by the Executive Officer and consists of East, Middle, and West Districts. Individual chapters make up each district and form the backbone of Tennessee DeMolay.
DeMolay plan and run their own activities which include sports, social activities, community service, fundraising, trips, dances and much more! To join you must be a young man between the ages of 12 & 21 and be a person of good character and reputation. And you need to petition a DeMolay chapter. Visit this link for more information.
State Officers are elected at State Conclave to represent their jurisdiction. The State Master Councilor is the highest elected office in the state, and he must create a term plan to promote and grow the Order during his term in office. Other elected officers include the Deputy State Master Councilor, State Senior Councilor, & State Junior Councilor.
