After having to go virtual last year, we are excited to offer an in-person event this year! State Conclave is the biggest and best TN DeMolay event of the year and we hope that everyone is going to make plans to attend. Deadline to Register is June 10th!
We will be using the Al Menah Shrine Center as our host location and the La Quinta Inn Airport/Opryland (2345 Atrium Way Nashville, TN 37214).
We are requesting that each individual/chapter make their reservations at on the LaQuinta Website: Hotel Link (Group Code: cgdemo). Make reservations by 6/10/2021. After this date the rooms will be released to make room for other guests and future reservations will be subject to rate and availability. When making your reservations, the above link will default to a check in of Thursday, July 8 and Check out on Sunday, July 11. So if you are not staying for the entire duration or are arriving early, ensure you are selecting the correct dates for arrival and departure.

Thursday Night Fun Night!
For our Thursday fun night, we are going to be having a Pool Party at the Hotel and will have the Mojo Cookie Dough and Creamery Ice cream Food truck so be sure to bring your swim trunks and your sweet tooth!
